Summer Makeup Routine

TGIF – or – Thank goodness it’s Friday!

The weather is heating up and, unfortunately, that means so is your makeup! Below is a quick and natural makeup routine that will stay on no matter what the temperature outside.

Step1

This is a perfect primer for your summer makeup routine. Not only does it moisturize and prep your skin for your foundation, it also includes SPF 30 to protect your skin against the sun. This primer is also tinted, so if your looking for a light layer of makeup one day, you can just apply this and you’re all set! Wait about two minutes to let the primer set before you move on to the next step.

Step2

Dermablend’s foundation is a perfect for lasting all day and giving a good amount of coverage while still staying breathable. This product includes SPF 25 and it is “dermatologist tested, allergy tested, sensitive skin tested, noncomedogenic, non-acnegenic, and fragrance-free.”

Step3

Applying your eyeshadow primer is perfect to do while you’re letting your foundation set. If you include eyeshadow in your makeup routine,  this product is a must-have, especially on those really warm days. Urban Decay’s eyeshadow primer will keep your eyeshadow on and crease-free all day long. Let the primer set for about one minute and feel free to apply your favorite eyeshadow.

Step4

Both Urban Decay’s eyeliner and Clinique’s waterproof mascara are a perfect combination for long lasting eye products. The Urban Decay 24/7 pencil is a waterproof eyeliner that will last from the time you put it on until the time you take it off at night. The Clinique mascara is waterproof and one of the highest rated among waterproof mascaras.

Step5

Out of all the steps in the routine, number 5 is one of the most important. The makeup setting spray acts as a barrier between your makeup and the outside world. It keeps all of your makeup in place and ready for the day.

This summer makeup routine will keep you looking cool all day in the hot summer heat!

Hasta la próxima;)
